Sweepstakes Legal Terms
General conditions applicable to sweepstakes and promotions organized by Empanadas Malvón S.L.
Organizer
Sweepstakes and promotions published on Malvón's social media and communication channels are organized by EMPANADAS MALVÓN S.L., with CIF B87965604 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 143, 10th floor, 28046 Madrid (hereinafter, "the Company"). Participation in any sweepstake or promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
Participation
All individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain may participate, unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of each sweepstake. Employees of Empanadas Malvón S.L. and their direct family members are excluded from participation. Participation is free and does not require any purchase or consideration, unless specified in the particular rules of each promotion.
Prizes
The prizes for each sweepstake will be those indicated in the corresponding publication or communication. Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash value or any other prize. If the winner cannot enjoy the prize, it will be declared void. The Company reserves the right to modify or replace prizes with others of similar value in case of force majeure.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the participation requirements established for each sweepstake. Winners will be notified through the same medium by which the sweepstake was held (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and will have 48 hours to claim their prize. After this period without a response, a new winner will be selected. The Company reserves the right to request proof of the winner's identity.
Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection. Data controller: EMPANADAS MALVÓN S.L. Purpose: Management of the sweepstake and prize delivery. Legal basis: Consent of the data subject. Recipients: Data will not be shared with third parties.
