Club Malvón Legal Notice

Adults residing in Spain or another country with EURO currency where MALVÓN has launched the Programme. Existing MALVÓN users will automatically benefit from the programme without the need for formal registration.

Joining the Programme can be done in the following ways:

• In person at MALVÓN's Physical Establishments (excluding airports, stadiums and events).
• Online at https://www.malvon.es

Joining is completely free. Commercial communications are optional. Each account is personal, corresponds to a single participant and is non-transferable.

It consists of the accumulation and redemption of points. MALVÓN reserves the right to verify the identity of the participant through personal data, QR code or user credentials.

4.1 Accumulation by purchases: "1 Euro spent (VAT included) = 1 point"

4.2 Registration: 30 points upon completing registration for the first time and downloading the card to your wallet.

4.3 Birthday: TWO gourmet empanadas once a year, valid for 15 days.

A minimum of 100 points accumulated since 1 October 2024 are required to redeem for discounts on future purchases. Points are converted into discounts combinable with other existing promotions. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or in-kind value.

• Accumulation and redemption in whole numbers.
• Shipping costs do not generate points.
• Points availability within a maximum of 48 hours.
• Points are not accumulated at airports or stadiums.
• Programme valid only at Spanish branches.
• Redemption combinable with other promotions and payment methods.

Three levels with differentiated cycles:

Coupons are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, access to the coupon is lost. MALVÓN reserves the right to modify these terms.

Once the discount coupon has been used, it is immediately deducted and the customer loses the right to claim. Used coupons cannot be recovered or modified.

The Programme came into force on 1 October 2024 with indefinite duration. MALVÓN reserves the right to modify or cancel these General Terms and Conditions with prior notice. Modifications will not give rise to any right to compensation.

Cancellation of the subscription results in automatic removal of user status from the programme. Participants can cancel their subscription through the following means:

• Email to fidelizacion@malvon.es
• Through the "unsubscribe" section in received communications.

Upon cancellation, all accumulated points are lost with no possibility of recovery.

Spanish law shall apply. Jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), unless local law provides otherwise.

MALVÓN reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in the face of any fraudulent or suspicious behaviour in the use of the Programme.
